"Kevin and his colleague came first thing as promised and solved an ongoing issue with a blocked toilet. They knew exactly what was the issue and showed me the before and after cleaning the pipe. They were quick and efficient and were very friendly and patient when explaining the issue as well as updating me on what they can do and the process.
